Treasurer, T. Y. Lowes, Esq.
In consequence of the distance of the Ross Course and the want of accommodation for the Public, it was found advisable to form Annual Races in March on the New Town Race Course.

The capacious Course which has been been purchased by Subscription is of the very best kind, and the situation is particularly favorable for the Inhabitants of Hobart Town.
